After my Mom was diagnosed with colon cancer I have read tons of information about nutrition to try and help her. Unfortunately it was too late and my Mom passed away. I know feel I need to continue my research to help all of my family. I have gone organic and started using brewers yeast and wheat grass, but feel there is still more I can learn and do. Heard some of you on XM on Broadminded and am very interested.

I've been on and off vegetarian since 7th grade. I now have two out of three daughters who are vegetarian, so I'm excited about really getting serious about getting the whole family on board. I would love to read your book.

I have just been recently diagnosed with PBC-Primary Biliary Cirohsis. I am waiting for results of biopsy. My primary care doctor is a big supported of a whole foods plant based diet. So I am trying hard.. I am determined that switching to a vegan diet will help me either slow down the progression or maybe even reverse this condition. However, trying to get support for this from my Liver specialist at a major univeristy hopsital is not going to be easy.. I just heard your interview on NPR station in western north carolina.. I am going to share your website with everyone..

What a perfect book to give to those people who ask "So what do you eat?" when you tell them you are vegan.

I was a vegan a few years ago before I was diagnosed with hashimotos thyroiditis and decided to cut soy out of my diet. I had read multiple conflicting studies that stated soy was bad for thyroid disorders and breast cancer. I've tried a number of times to go back to being vegan without the soy and it's just been tiresome trying to plan an adequate diet with substance with out soy products. Needless to say I haven't been able to successfully transition back to being vegan even though I'd love to. I would love a copy of this book to learn how to live a balanced vegan life.
